Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@as-supplies.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our UK address, will be provided as part of the returns process. It is essential to contact us before sending the item, as items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any item that has been customised is exempt from the right to return. Customizations include anything that is not a standard product from our product pages, but has been altered in some way according to the customer's specific request. This includes, but is not limited to, custom sizes, colour changes, added features, and the alteration of logos or text.
Size exchanges
To start a size exchange, please contact us at sales@as-supplies.com. Please note that items being exchanged will need to be sent to our UK address, which will be provided as part of the exchange process. It is essential to contact us before sending the item, as items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Please note that customers will be required to pay any additional postage fees incurred in a size exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once the return is verified and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@as-supplies.com.
