PLEASE NOTE
All chairs are sent out by a national 1-man courier on a kerb-side delivery. The courier will NOT bring the chair into the house, but they will drop it just outside your house, or as close as possible with a pallet truck. You will need to make your own arrangements to bring the chair into your house. You will be able to choose any weekday delivery date.

*(Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands will require an additional £35 postage fee)

Returns Policy

You are welcome to return the chair within 30 days for any reason.  The chair must be in mint condition in all regards.  Without exception, all returns must be packaged in the exact same packaging that the item arrived in.  Massage chairs are high value items, and the packaging is specifically designed to prevent damage in transit.  Items returned without the original packaging will not be accepted under any circumstances.
